WHY (I’m in New York)

Bloomberg Office Thanks to the Co-op Program at the University of Waterloo, I was able to apply to some very exclusive positions at Bloomberg. Fortunately, I was selected for an interview and, not eight hours after that finished, I was eligible for a job! After a successful term there, they offered me another internship for the summer of 2007.

So, between May 12 and September 1, I will be in New York (through CDS) to work for Bloomberg’s extensive Research and Development department. More specifically, I am in their Portfolio Management group, which is part of their Products segment. As a member of this group, I am developing new software for their main product, The Bloomberg Professional.
